• Order details. When you place an order we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and, for hard-copy deliveries, your delivery address, city, country and any delivery notes you provide.
• Payment details. Card payments are processed through a secure payment provider. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our systems.
• Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address.
• Messages. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep the messages you send us so we can respond.

2. How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, including contacting you to confirm delivery details and cost.
• To send digital books to the email address you provide.
• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To send our newsletter, if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our books, website and service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Storage on your device

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember the items in your basket between visits. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests these fonts from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

4. Sharing your information

We share personal information only where needed to serve you: with payment providers to process card payments, and with delivery partners to deliver hard-copy orders. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle any follow-up, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Our books are made for children, but our website and checkout are intended for parents, guardians, teachers and schools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
